How much does it cost to sign up?

The games club subscription is $4.99CAD per month. This is an ongoing subscription and will continue until cancelled by the customer.

When will I get charged?

Your first payment will be charged at the time of sign up. All future payments will occur on the 1st of the month. Note: if you sign up after the 15th of the month, you will not be charged until the month after. Example: signed up on January 21st. You will not be charged again until March 1st.

When will I receive my game?

You will receive an email with access to your downloadable game or activity between the 1st and 5th of the month. For your first subscription, you will be emailed access within 24 hours of signing up. If you sign up after the 15th, you will receive your next game the following month. Example: signed up on January 21st. You will receive your first game immediately. Your second will occur in March.

How do I access the game?

All content is downloadable and printable. To access, you will need a computer, tablet or phone. These are not physical products, but are digital downloads. You will receive instructions along with your game/activity.

What kinds of games are included?

Games vary in style. Many will be board games or card games. Puzzles and activity packages may also be included.

Can I buy these without signing up?

Some games will be exclusive to club members. Some may be offered publicly and will be full price. Games club members can guarantee they are receiving the best deal. Visit the store for those available to the public.

How do I cancel?

Sign in to your account to cancel your subscription. Please do so before the 25th to ensure complete cancellation and no charges to your account. If you are not able to access your account or are struggling to cancel, email us for assistance before the 25th of the month.

Refunds

Refunds are not available for digital downloads since the content is non-returnable. If you are unsure of instructions, reach out for clarification. To cancel your subscription, please login to your account or email us to do so before the 25th of the month.
