All Sales Are Final

All products sold through The Paperless Piano Teacher are digital downloads delivered instantly upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and refunds are not accepted once a file has been downloaded or accessed.

Please review all product descriptions carefully before completing your purchase.

Exceptions

We want every customer to have a positive experience. Refunds or replacements may be considered in the following circumstances:

• Technical issues — If you are unable to download or access your file due to a technical error on our end, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will resolve the issue promptly, either by resending the file or issuing a refund at our discretion.

• Duplicate purchase — If you accidentally purchase the same product twice, contact us within 7 days and we will refund the duplicate charge.

• File corruption — If the file you receive is corrupted or incomplete, contact us and we will send a replacement immediately.

What We Do Not Refund

• Change of mind after purchase

• Incompatibility with your device or software (please check file formats before purchasing — all products are delivered as PDF files)

• Failure to download within the download expiry window

• Purchases made with a discount or during a promotional period
